Directions

Patch is not waterproof. It is ok to wear multiple patches at a time.

I am anemic and have been for years. My doctor recommended iron pills which cause me problems. My sister suggested that I use the patches. They work great with no side effects. I won’t know the actual effects until I go to the doctor next month. I am not as cold as I used to feel and my hair has stopped falling out.

These arrived on time . Very thin patch that is hard to peel off. Not able to tell any effects of the Vitamins they say are on the Patch. Inexpensive for sure. I haven’t felt any different since starting these couple weeks ago.

I’m so glad I found these!!!
