I honestly wasn't expecting much, but these little patches work! I have been suffering from hot flashes & night sweats and these patches have reduced them both, drastically! If I forget to put on a night patches, I know it because I wake up in the middle of the night hot & sweaty. Once I get up and put one on, i go back to sleep & sleep through the night comfortably without hot flashes. Middle of the day hot flashes are greatly reduced with the day patches as well. When doing activities, I used to get so hot & sweaty and had to stop the activity to cool down. No longer needed with these patches!

I used this for wrist pain and was amazed how well it worked. Feel results the same day of use. Way less expensive than an infusion or any doctor visit.

Looked for an insert or some info on the patches and suggested patch placement and why etc as first time patch wearer. Haven’t experienced any negative effects from beginning to end. Convenient

I was skeptical when I first started seeing vitamin patches.
