My name is Tina Surico and I am two years out a bariatric patient. Following my surgery, I had to take 8 vitamins 3 times a day. That is 24 vitamins a day!! It was very discouraging, you had to remember what time to take them, what flavors worked for you. I couldn’t even tolerate some.
